Tips:
- Do you hate touching raw meat? Me too. But I love burgers. The dilemmas of life. These are the tools that I use to keep the ‘ick factor’ at bay : Mix N Chop to mix it all together, Burger & Slider Press to make even patties that don’t turn out looking more like a weirdly shaped massive meatball, Extra Large Scoop two scoops with this makes a perfect patty every time!
- Press a dimple in the centre of your burger patty before cooking. It’ll keep it flatter while it cooks.
- Favourite gluten free burger bun brands : Promise (for texture and flavour) Get a $2 coupon here and Presidents Choice (for price… not bad toasted though)
- Always read BBQ sauce ingredients carefully! A lot contain gluten containing ingredients (barley, rye, oats, or wheat). I like Good Food for Good brand as they have clean ingredients and are even sweetened with dates.
