Monday : Asian Chicken Ramen Skillet this meal feels like an indulgence for your tastebuds. Its so packed with flavour and when you use gluten free ramen noodles (if you can’t find them at your grocery store substitute for vermicelli noodles, or order these from Amazon), you’re going to taste so much fun that it will be hard to believe its gluten free.

Tuesday : Chicken & Pepper Paninis this quick weeknight dinner is always a hit in our house, and I hope your family enjoys it just as much! (Gluten free bread is the only minor adjustment that I have made to this recipe)

Wednesday : Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal the ingredients are going to sound weird, but just trust that it all comes together in a bold and fun flavour combination. Feel free to experiment with different jams (I’ve used strawberry and it was delicious)
