This salad is lazy, and is good for a few days after you put it all together, so it can double as a dinner side for days or a quick snack. Yeah its got sugar… but it also has broccoli. And I consider that a win.
Ingredients
Salad
- 8 cups of fresh broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 apples (cored and cut)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix dressing ingredients
- Add salad ingredients to bowl
- Combine dressing and salad
- Serve
