- Not all cold cuts are gluten free. Check out the Maple Leaf Naturals Brand, but always always read the ingredients list for cold cuts before purchasing.
- Gluten free brands for hot dog buns : Promise, Schar, and Presidents Choice are easy to find and great places to start.
- Always check sauces for gluten containing ingredients. Gluten is often in BBQ sauce ingredients. I like Good Food for Good or Dad’s BBQ sauces.
