Monday : Chicken Caesar Salad Skillet is fun because, why not roll your pasta with side caesar all into one? Sound weird? Maybe just weird enough to work

Tuesday : Tacos because tacos are just fun, and so so easy to make gluten free! This quick recipe will have all the flavour without taking much time. You may want to double this if you’re making it for more than 3 people or want leftovers.

Wednesday : Chicken & Root Vegetables with Fruit is a quick sheet pan dinner, and the dried fruit packs a surprising punch of flavour.

Thursday : Vegan Black Bean Soup will warm you from nose to toes and provide leftovers for days. Don’t skip on the simple salsa topper… it doesn’t sound like much but that hit of fresh flavour makes the dish!
