Monday : Chicken Pad See Ew : Upping our veggie game tonight with a paleo twist made with carrot ‘noodles’. Enjoy this healthy meal (substitute coconut aminos for GF soy sauce if desired, and replace coconut sugar with regular sugar)

Tuesday : Egg Salad Sandwich : This is an easy classic. Serve it with a side of your choice. Have you ever tried hard boiling your eggs in a pressure cooker? If you have ever been frustrated trying to peel a hard boiled egg, try putting them in your pressure cooker. It makes the easiest to peel eggs.

Wednesday : Chicken Curry Stir Fry Salad : Enjoy this satisfying and fresh salad. The dressing is so easy and flavourful that I know you’ll have fun with this one.

Thursday : Loaded Nachos : Whether you choose to keep these vegetarian or throw some chicken on top, your whole family is going to appreciate all the toppings! There will be no lonely naked chips on these nachos.
