Gluten Free Pizza Crust

A good gluten free pizza crust is a staple! This one is so quick to throw together that your pizza nights can be as impromptu as you are!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of oil (I use avocado)
  • 1 & ½ cups gluten free flour
  • ⅓ cup potato flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ⅔ cup very warm water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Add all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat for 6 minutes on medium/high.
  3. Spread onto a greased pizza pan. Add toppings.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Enjoy! (Often)

For extra flavour, try adding an egg wash to your crust and sprinkling with your favourite seasoning before cooking.
