Monday : Pizza Pasta we love pizza, we love pasta, why not marry the two ideas together? Minor adjustments made to the original recipe (broth reduced to 3 cups) but other than that, here it is!
Tuesday : Spatchcock Chicken & Onions spatchcocking is fun to say, and also reduces the cooking time. Save your bones to make bone broth with. If you want to make this chicken rotisserie or roasted with a backbone intact instead, feel free!
Wednesday : Grilled Apple & Chicken Salad enjoy loads of wholesome goodness and a delicious mix of flavours in this satisfying salad recipe.
Thursday : Slow Cooker Potato Soup this is so quick to throw together and the results are delicious. Use gluten free all purpose flour to make this original recipe gluten free.
Friday : Breakfast Pizza when breakfast and pizza collide, be prepared for a delicious dish. Use your favourite gluten free pizza crust recipe or mix. You do NOT want to use pre-made crusts for this recipe… it’ll get messy. Make it extra special by topping it in hollandaise sauce (use a mix from the grocery store, your own recipe, or this ridiculously easy recipe using the Deluxe Cooking Blender)
