Wing Sauce (Hot)

Using ingredients you have around your kitchen anyway, any time of day is the perfect time for chicken wings. Or use this to make Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 salt
  • Just under 1 cup of hot sauce (I use Frank’s)
  • 2 tsp spice rub (I use Bell Pepper Herb)
  • 4 tsps brown sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro

Directions:

  1. Melt 2-3 Tbsp of butter in a microwave safe container (about 20 seconds)
  2. If there are measurement markings on your container, fill to the 1 cup line with hot sauce.
  3. Add other ingredients
  4. Stir
  5. Enjoy
