Chicken Caesar Pizza

Pizza crust is an artist’s canvas that is full of potential! Combine two of your favourite dishes : Caesar salad and pizza with this easy (and delicious) combination.

Ingredients

  • Gluten free pizza crust recipe of choice : pre made, mix or see recipe
  • 1 cup caesar dressing
  • 1.5 cups grated pizza cheese
  • 2 diced cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven as per crust directions
  2. Top prepared pizza crust with caesar dressing, and toppings
  3. Cook as per crust directions or until golden brown

Tips

  • Always make sure your salad dressing is gluten free. We use Renee’s Mighty Caesar Dressing.
