Made with a peanut sauce, and your choice of fresh toppings this makes for a delightfully fresh change to pizza night! Enjoy
Ingredients
- Gluten free pizza crust (either prepared, from mix, or see recipe)
- Pad thai sauce (use packaged or see recipe)
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 1.5 cups grated pizza cheese
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- Optional toppings for after cooking : cilantro, green onion, bean sprouts, grated carrot, finely cut cucumber, crushed peanuts, any veggies
Directions
- Prepare your crust as per directions
- Add sauce to crust
- Add peppers and chicken
- Cook as per crust directions until golden brown and cheese is melted
- Top with fresh ingredients
Tips:
- Thai kitchen has a gluten free pad thai sauce, though making pad thai sauce is something you can do in advance and is not very difficult. You may have the ingredients on hand.
