Gluten Free Croutons

Do you hate paying a ridiculous amount of money for gluten free croutons? There are barely any in the bag… and honestly? You can make them in about 5 minutes. You probably have the ingredients at home.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices gluten free bread (cubed)
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp salt & pepper

Mix all this together in a bowl, stir it around until the bread is coated. Air fry for 5 minutes. Or bake in the oven at 350 F for 5-10 minutes.

Use these to top your salad, or on your favourite pasta or casserole for an extra crunch (don’t let anyone tell you where not to put your croutons)

This is my favourite Air Fryer. It doesn’t require pre-heating so it is always ready to roll. Its lightweight and even does rotisserie. Plus the reheat function is a lunch time life saver!
